I washed up and got dressed. Then I drank my water and wrote my blog entry. Then my dad woke up and I ate breakfast.
I went to the park to play with my friends for Park Day. Park Day is every Friday and it is when my homeschooled friends from out group called Indigo, come and play together. I like it a lot. On Halloween we talked for a while because there were not a lot of other kids there. We told stories about Hero Brine. It’s kind of like a virus in Minecraft. The person who created Minecraft created Hero Brine to help the players but it did weird things, like traps.
After the park, my Daddy took me to Sonic and I got a slushie and a corn dog (my Mommy was not happy that I had one. She like me to eat healthy stuff). She was OK with slushie (Daddy had a Limeade), but she DID NOT like that I had a corn dog.
When we got home, I showered because I was dirty from playing the the sand at the park. Daddy also showered. Then I put on my Batman costume.
Later that night we went Trick-or-Treating with the Indigo group. But don’t worry, we did not trick anybody, we just got candy. Some houses did not have lights on and no one came out to give us candy. Trick-or-treating is different here than it was in NY. Here people sit in their driveways to give out candy. Some people sat in a semi-circle giving out candy. I called those JACKPOTS!
Most houses had spooky decorations. One house even had a talking skull hidden in the bushes. I was freaked out when it started talking to me. It kept saying, “hi, I see YOU!” That was C.R.E.E.P.Y. I got so much candy and I still have some. I had a lot of fun!
What did you do for Halloween?
